The average response time is 24 hours.

All orders are placed online and paid by credit card or Apple Pay. There are no cash pickups or deliveries.

Yes, meals are purchased in minimum order quantities of 8 plates. Single meals are not available for daily delivery, but you can purchase meals at Fitrition retail locations.

Delivery and Pickup

  • Long Island: $15 Fee (No deliveries past Farmingdale)

We deliver to all of Long Island (up to Huntington) , the 5 Boroughs, NJ (Passaic, Hudson, Bergen, Sussex, Morris, Essex Counties) Nyack, Rockland County and Yonkers on Sundays and Wednesday evenings.

Orders are delivered based on the provided address and delivery confirmation date. Deliveries are made on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. Pickups are to be made on Mondays and Tursdays. Submit orders on Monday by 8pm for Wednesday delivery  and by Thursday 8pm for Sunday delivery.

No, deliveries are made on Sunday nights and Wednesday nights. However, you can purchase meals in our retail stores.

Yes! We offer FREE in-store pickup at select Fitrition locations. Pickups are to be made on Mondays and Thursdays. Submit orders on Monday by 8pm for Thursday pickup and by Thursday 8pm for Monday pickup.

If you're not home during delivery, we will leave the meals at your designated drop-off location. Please ensure the location is safe and refrigerated as soon as possible.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from your driver with an estimated time of delivery.

Meal Preparation and Storage

Meals can be refrigerated for up to 7 days from the delivery date. For longer storage, meals can be frozen.

Yes, all meals are portioned with macros listed on the website in the Menu section and labeled on each container.

No, we only deliver locally to ensure freshness. Meals are never frozen and are made fresh each prep.

Yes, all meals are delivered cooked and ready to heat and eat!

We offer a variety of meal options to cater to different dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and high-protein meals.

Meals can be reheated in the microwave or oven.

Remove the lid

Place sauce (if any) on the side.

Microwave for 2-2:30 minutes or to desired temperature or in the oven.
